As the US SAP BPC NW Technical Projects Development, hired and staffed complete implementation teams to implement SAP modules and PeopleSoft Oracle based systems. Developed client SAP environment protocols and was responsible for Deloitte Consulting implementation services. Personally managed 11 full life cycle SAP modules through ‘Go Live’ (9 with Deloitte) success on time and under budget. Strong HANA DB and non SAP DB development BW DB Modeler Extract lead with BI IDT Universe in HANA.

 

Utilized HANA (Studio, IDT for Universe UNX) for DB sharing and to analyze, model and manage real-time, in-memory ‘Big Data’ applications. Very knowledgeable specific to using IDT with Business Intelligence (BI) for designing hierarchy methods for ‘C’ level decision makers giving them deep capabilities in decision making missions. Experienced using SAP MOBI 4.0.1 to develop reports on the fly from the iPod for those rapid reports in the fast paced sales arena.

This included augmenting DOD project development teams with full SAP life cycle management, as well as lead efforts to evaluate software and vendors to assist completion of the beginning phase of IT support. I completed and deployed data hit squads (DHS) for completion and deployment of teams to help win this $110M contract. Managed corporate marketing and communications functions overseeing a $13.3M budget and 17 member sales and marketing team while continuing support of personal existing client base. Designed and developed marketing and recruiting infrastructure to establish this newer company in the mainstream of newly designed and released ‘code generating’ software products. Used the training and education received by Information Engineering constituents to leverage our company as a knowledge base specific to development of Activity Hierarchical facilitations down to the Business Area analysis data models. Was the fore-runner into a multitude of clients to complete the front end of design and development for these organizations and many times completed the projects as project manager or lead analyst.

 

The understanding of full life cycle systems development served as an imperative link to the executive levels for them to feel confident of our capabilities to help them design, generate and implement their projects on time and under budget. Multiple sales and marketing contract negotiations were adhered to and finalized and the knowledge of the clients needs gave me a designed path to win each project of the majority of revenue generated by that project.

 

l         Hired in as the initial Dallas based SAP focused Regional Consulting Manager and helped in interviewing higher level staff for projects found and closed by my marketing and sales techniques. Averaged over $30.5M in sales per year.
